Marine Collagen

Beauty from within

Our marine collagen is sustainably sourced from wild-caught whitefish from the North Atlantic and Pacific Oceans and is produced in Norway.

Marine collagen peptides are naturally smaller than other sources, such as beef or chicken. Smaller peptide structures result in higher bioavailability, allowing for more efficient absorption and maximal health benefits.

A great source of the key amino acids: glycine, proline, and hydroxyproline. These amino acids stimulate cells in the skin, bones, and connective tissues which stimulates the body’s production of new collagen.

The environmental impact of marine collagen sourcing is far lower than other terrestrial sources so we can feel a little better about our impact on the environment.

Studies show that marine collagen peptides help support:

  • Skin elasticity [1]

  • Smooth skin [1]

  • Healthy skin moisture levels [2]

  • Healthy hair [3]

  • Tendon flexibility [4,5]

  • Ligament stability [4,5]

  • Bone matabolism [4]

  • Bone integrity [4]
