Our marine protein powders are only produced from sustainably sourced fish fillets, shellfish claw and tail meat. The steps involved are cutting, cooking, drying and milling to fine powder.

The strict cooking process ensures the best quality while minimizing the loss of protein and taste profiles. The cooked, dehydrated product is then micro-milled to a fine powder.

These protein powders are suitable for use in a variety of food products and dietary supplements as a nutritional or taste enhancer.
